Holm & Associates, Inc. was founded in 2007. The motivation behind the creation of this new company was a desire to offer personalized and responsive services. Both of the founders had extensive backgrounds in project management, and felt that their talents would enable them to provide outstanding service to their clients without the inevitable constraints that come from working for a large corporation.

Christina Holm
Managing Director/Principal
Christina has over 15 years experience as an owners representative working with both corporate and retail clients in all phases of construction, project and facilities management.
Prior to starting Holm & Associates, Inc in 2007 , Christina served as Vice President of Project Management with Trammell Crow Company.
Over her eight year career with Trammell Crow Company, Christina represented a wide variety of clients.

Patricia Pellerin
Associate Principal
Patricia Pellerin brings a strong background in Healthcare Management to Holm & Associates, Inc. She has worked with some of the largest Healthcare firms in the area.
Patricia's responsibilities include coordinating the activities of contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers and client personnel as well as managing internal resources and staff. She specializes in relocation management and has performed multi-phased moves of several hundred employees.
