Project Methodology

Creating strong partner alliances through

clear communication and team

collaboration

We recognize that the success of any project is absolutely dependent on the collective effort of a broad team of contributors. Integration of the activities of the entire project team is fundamental to our Project Management approach, as it relates to both budget and schedule. The Holm & Associates’ Project Manager will be the focal point of team interactions, whether we are soliciting proposals, introducing new members to the project team, or developing a work plan that integrates incumbent vendors and internal Client resources. This “Hub” role ensures efficient and documented communication.

Holm & Associates also understands how important eco-friendly and energy efficient construction is to our environment. Our Project Management team has received LEED Accreditation. As a member of the US Green Building Council; Holm & Associates Project Managers have access to the latest resources and information for developing high performance, sustainable projects. Holm & Associates is currently working on two LEED projects.

Holm & Associates has been certified as a women owned business enterprise (WBE). We have been listed in the SOMWBA Directory and the Massachusetts Central Register. Often when State or Federal funds are part of a project, the recipients are required to do business with a certain percentage of minority- or woman-owned businesses. The SOMBWA certification attests to Holm & Associates’ eligibility in this category.

Holm & Associates values the principles of project management and has certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) on the core team. PMI is the world’s leading not-for-profit membership association for the project management profession, with more than half a million members and credential holders in 185 countries. Their worldwide advocacy for project management is supported by globally-recognized standards and credentials, an extensive research program, and vast professional development opportunities.
